Position Overview:

We are seeking a Lead Digital Test & Learn Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing digital experiments to drive innovation and enhance user experiences across our digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test strategies that inform data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for digital initiatives, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and usability studies.
  • Analyze test results to derive actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to integrate test learnings into product development cycles.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in digital testing and optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, product management, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in designing and executing digital experiments, including A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools and platforms.
