  • Keep our calendars in check and our meetings on time
  • Make friendly cold calls to set up appointments or follow up with contacts
  • Tackle admin tasks like a pro (emails, documents, follow-ups)
  • Work magic with Excel for reports and tracking
  • Create simple but eye-catching materials on Canva
  • Handle errands and small tasks that make a big difference
