Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with travel suppliers to secure bookings, negotiate upgrades, and handle any special accommodations
- Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on itinerary changes, confirmations, and travel tips
- Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency requests, ensuring a stress-free experience for clients
- Manage all travel documentation, including booking confirmations, travel itineraries, and payment processing
- Stay informed on travel trends, destination updates, and industry policies to offer clients expert advice
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping clients plan memorable trips
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in travel, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required
