Our client is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Responsibility to drive and oversee their corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. This strategic leader will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that align with the company’s values and business goals, while fostering a positive impact on the community and the environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainability practices, stakeholder engagement, and program management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate responsibility strategy that aligns with the organization’s mission and enhances its reputation.

  • Lead initiatives in sustainability, community engagement, and ethical business practices that create shared value for stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote corporate responsibility initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of programs that address social, environmental, and governance (ESG) issues.

  • Monitor and report on the company’s CSR performance, including metrics and progress against goals.

  • Engage with community partners, NGOs, and government agencies to promote collaborative efforts and maximize impact.

  • Conduct training and awareness programs to educate employees about corporate responsibility and sustainability practices.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to corporate responsibility and sustainability.

  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively for CSR initiatives and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate responsibility, sustainability, or a related field, with significant experience in a leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of ESG principles, sustainability reporting, and community engagement strategies.

  • Proven ability to design and implement CSR programs that deliver measurable impact.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for stakeholder engagement.

  • Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on results-driven strategies.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of an organization.

  • Passion for corporate social responsibility and sustainability initiatives.
