  • We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Program Manager at our facility in Bellevue, Washington to contribute to the end-to-end inventory buying and placement process, identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience and reduce operational costs through data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time is crucial to Chewy's continued growth, and this role will significantly impact our business by driving strategic improvements.
  • Collaborate with inventory analytics, operations, supply planning, transportation, and merchant teams to build a world-class inventory placement program, developing sustainable, automated processes that ensure the effective execution of our inventory strategy across all cross-functional teams.
  • Identifies gaps and engineer solutions within processes and systems to facilitate continued selection growth while maintaining fulfillment efficiency.
  • Telecommuting permitted.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Management, Industrial Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience.
  • Will also accept a Master’s degree and 3 years of experience.
  • Experience must include 3 years with: industry experience in the operations, general management or engineering fields;
  • Interpreting data, recognizing trends, and applying quantitative analysis to drive strategic inventory placement decisions;
  • Ability to use analytical tools SQL/Python/Excel to drive process improvement;
  • Work with large datasets, and develop effective inventory management strategies;
  • Analyze and diagnose Supply Chain Data;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
