POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Lead Account Executive, the Software QA Test Lead will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and design comprehensive test plans. Create detailed test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements. Focusing on software engineering projects with a focus on Quality Assurance testing and deployment. Execute manual and automated tests to verify the functionality, reliability, and performance of software applications. Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionalities. Identify, document, and track software defects using established defect tracking tools. Provide clear and detailed reports on defects, including steps to reproduce and potential impact. Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance test coverage and efficiency.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Active IRS MBI Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology Management or Engineering.
  • Collaborate with the development team to integrate automated tests into the continuous integration (CI) pipeline.
  • Shall possess strong application testing and validation experience, including (at least 3 years) of experience testing and evaluating production enterprise applications in AWS or other cloud environments.
  • Shall have testing and evaluating applications which were developed and deployed using non-waterfall methods, Agile is preferred.
  • Shall have Selenium automation testing experience and perform web-based testing analysis.
  • Shall have at a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology Management or Engineering.
