About the position

Crocs is looking for a Sr. Integrated Marketing Specialist for the Global Integrated Marketing team, with a focus on the Lifestyle category (sandals and sneakers). This role involves supporting product campaigns, ensuring brand alignment, and driving audience engagement. The specialist will coordinate with global and cross-functional stakeholders to assist the Marketing Manager in planning seasonal activations, creating content, developing channel strategies, and reporting results. Responsibilities

  • Assists Global Integrated Marketing Manager in driving consumer-centric product marketing programs, competitive research, and special projects as needed.

  • Effectively activates and coordinates global product marketing strategies, including fully integrated product marketing plans, seamless integration and execution, and channel support throughout the commercialization process.
