We are looking for a creative and organized Virtual Assistant to support a California-based real estate agent and a newly launched retail/gaming business. This is a dynamic role combining social media, marketing and light admin support, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and taking initiative.

You will help keep real estate marketing consistent, assist with setting up a new business’ online presence, and handle basic administrative tasks like scheduling and email management.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Content Support
Create marketing materials, newsletters, and social media posts (primarily using Canva). (client will be providing all the content - they just need to implement)
Assist with blog management — format, add images, and publish posts provided by the client.
Help kickstart and promote an upcoming podcast (scheduling, distribution, basic setup). (this is the far future for the this role)
Research social media trends and generate ideas for the retail/gaming business. 

Administrative Support
Manage and respond to emails.
Schedule appointments and follow-ups (no cold calling) 
Organize client information 

Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with the client to ensure brand voice and messaging are consistent.
Provide updates and stay proactive about what’s needed next.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Marketing-Savvy: Skilled with Canva and familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook).
Tech-Comfortable: Can handle newsletter tools, blog formatting, and basic podcast setup.
Organized: Able to keep track of tasks and deadlines across multiple projects.
Creative: Enjoys researching trends and coming up with ideas for content.
Communicative: Strong English skills, reliable with status updates, and collaborative.
Self-Starter: Can take provided materials and turn them into polished, published work.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with real estate marketing or knowledge of the industry.
Blog writing or light copywriting skills.
Familiarity with podcast production or promotion.
