As a key member of our small but mighty team, youll be working closely with a high-performing UK business ownerhelping to manage the day-to-day admin, streamline systems, and keep our business on track.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Managing emails, calendars, bookings, and inbox organisation.

  • Uploading and scheduling content across platforms (email, social, video).

  • Keeping our CRM and task systems updated and on point.

  • Handling general admin like invoicing, reporting and follow-ups.

  • Supporting client communications and onboarding new leads.

Working directly with the business owner to improve systems and save time.

  • Have proven admin or VA experience (online business world a big plus).
