Join Amazon's dedicated team at Locker+ retail locations to make the return and pickup of packages convenient for customers. We're looking for associates who are ready to delight customers with quality service, have a positive attitude, and thrive in an ever-changing environment. Our associates not only assist with customer orders but also connect personally with customers, uplifting their lives even for just a few moments. You'll work in designated retail locations, helping facilitate the delivery and return of customer orders.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Physical Requirements:

  • Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items.
  • Go up and down stairs (where applicable).
  • Be available to work part-time between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week.

Work Environment:

  • Safety: Your safety is important; we provide safe working conditions.
  • Surroundings: Work behind a counter, interacting with customers in locations such as Whole Foods Market, freestanding locations, partner retailers, or warehouse lobbies.
  • Activity: Be on your feet for most of your shift, helping customers and sorting packages.
  • Temperature: Work in comfortable, climate-controlled environments.
  • Noise Level: Minimal, similar to a grocery store.
  • Dress Code: Relaxed with safety rules. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required; Amazon provides a $110 Zappos gift code for shoes.
