Job Title: Content Moderator (Urdu Speaker)

Job Summary:
Accenture Malaysia is hiring a detail-oriented and culturally aware Content Moderator (Urdu Speaker) to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will help ensure a safe and respectful online environment by reviewing content in Urdu across various formats and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review user-generated content (text, images, and videos), including potentially sensitive material, to ensure compliance with platform policies and legal standards.
  • Identify and take action on harmful or policy-violating content, including hate speech, bullying, graphic violence, and content impacting child safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for escalation and timely resolution of flagged content.
  • Support continuous improvement of moderation processes and policies.
  • Ensure content moderation strategies align with short video platform standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (mandatory).
  • Valid international passport (required for relocation and employment processing).
  • Fluent in Urdu and English (both written and spoken).
  • Willingness to relocate to Malaysia.
  • Comfortable reviewing sensitive and potentially disturbing content.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
