Required Qualifications: • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/Dynamics CRM and associated Power Platform technical solutions • Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required) • 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education • Hands-on experience working with JavaScript, C#, .NET, D365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, PowerApps & Power Automate Flow; database platforms including SQL Server; development tools such as Visual Studio, XrmToolBox, Dynamics 365 CE WebAPI. • Extensive experience and knowledge to design, code, test, debug, and document software in a variety of programming languages • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments • Hands-on experience developing & deploying business applications using Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform • Hands-on experience with one or more of the following Dynamics 365 CE modules: Customer Service, Sales, Marketing • Experience with latest programming languages and techniques, and extensive experience in creating strategies for developing IT systems and applications • Experience in evaluating alternative approaches and selecting optimal approaches • Team player, adaptable, flexible, and able to handle multiple simultaneous projects.
