About the Position:The Data Entry Manager will lead and oversee a team of Data Entry Specialists supporting Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) call center operations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant entry of sensitive program data, while driving operational excellence, team performance and retention, and process improvements. The manager will recognize needs, risks, and barriers and take a proactive approach to troubleshoot and resolve issues. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and supporting patient safety in accessing specialty pharmaceutical products.Essential Functions:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Leadership & Team Management Coach, mentor and motivate the team ensuring confidence, product knowledge and quality in work by assisting with training, redirecting to appropriate resources, and confidently assist in trouble shooting needs to the team. Collaborate closely with other programs leaders and stakeholders Provide ongoing feedback, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities Create and maintain staffing schedules to support operational needs and SLAs Collaborate with leadership team and partners providing clear communication to insights, trends, risks and ideas. 1:1 meeting weekly with team members for coaching, development, recognizing gaps and opportunities taking actionable steps towards improvements if neededOperational Oversight Monitor daily workflow and productivity, ensuring accurate and timely data entry in REMS databases Establish quality assurance measures and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory standards, and internal compliance requirements Serve as the escalation point for complex data discrepancies, technical issues, or procedural questions Manage and achieve internal and client KPI's while ensuring consistent, disciplined use of core processes and procedures. Anticipated Salary Range: $27-30hr Momentum Life Sciences anticipates that the base salary for this position could range up to $30hr, and will depend, in part, on the successful candidate's qualifications, including education, experience, and competency for the role. Some roles may include car allowance and eligibility to earn targeted bonus based on company or individual performance.
