Bankers Life® is searching for future agents to work in a fast-paced and dynamic hybrid remote environment. We help you jumpstart your new insurance agent career with programing and financial incentives. You’ll begin your journey training in our office with the ability to transition to a hybrid remote work environment when you’re ready. As an entry level insurance sales agent with Bankers Life, you will utilize our ongoing, award-winning company training to:
  • Set appointments to identify prospective clients’ financial resources and needs
  • Offer expert life and health insurance policy recommendations to generate sales
  • Provide continuous, excellent customer service to client base

How Bankers Life compensates your work:
  • This is a commission and bonus position, and while it is not salaried, typical first-year entry level agents average $40,000 - $65,000
  • In the first 4 weeks, new agents are eligible for $250 bonuses totaling $1,000.
  • First year agents also receive up to $18,000 in additional income through our sales matching programs
  • Experienced sales agents that have been a part of Bankers Life for two plus years earn upwards of $100,000+ in commissions and bonuses

  • Flexible work environment once you complete your new agent training period which can vary anywhere from four to twelve weeks on average
