This role will play a vital role in ensuring organizational effectiveness at the highest level. The position requires managing complex schedules, organizing global travel, preparing executive meetings, and acting as a critical communication hub. Key success factors include advanced time management, strong communication skills, problem-solving, empathy, discretion, and the ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. The executive assistant also helps coordinate across leadership teams, supports meeting preparation and follow-up, and maintains confidentiality, enabling the Global Operations executives to focus on strategic priorities.<br /> <br /> Responsibilities<br /> • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.<br /> • Prepare and coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and off-sites, including agenda development, materials preparation, and follow-up actions.<br /> • Screen and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, mail) and respond or delegate as appropriate.<br /> • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the executive.<br /> • Coordinate and track critical projects and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.<br /> • Conduct research and prepare executive summaries, briefs, or background materials for key initiatives and meetings.<br /> • Assist in the development and management of budgets, expense reports, and invoice processing.<br /> • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external collaborators, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.<br /> • Plan and run executive-level events, team meetings, and external engagements.<br /> • Exercise sound judgment in all communications and decision-making.<br /> • Ensure the executive's office runs smoothly and is equipped for daily operations.<br /> • Liaise with IT, HR, Legal, and other corporate functions as needed.<br /> • Manage special projects and other duties as assigned.<br /> Basic Qualifications<br /> • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree or certification preferred.<br /> • 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally within large, complex organizations (Fortune 500/100 experience a plus).<br /> • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.<br /> • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom).<br /> • Experience in managing confidential information and sensitive communications.<br /> Additional Qualifications<br /> • Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams and external partners.<br /> • Proactive problem solver with a strategic approach.<br /> • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.<br /> • Phenomenal written and verbal communication skills.<br /> • Adaptable and flexible; comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.<br /> • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.<br /> • Energetic, positive mentality with a strong work ethic.<br /> Paramount Skydance Corporation (NASDAQ: PSKY) is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates premium content and experiences for audiences worldwide.
