About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive leadership. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in managing complex schedules while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for:

Providing high-level administrative support, including:

  • Managing complex calendar scheduling and travel arrangements
  • Preparing and organizing meeting materials and follow-up items
  • Taking detailed meeting minutes and maintaining accurate records
  • Drafting and revising correspondence and documents

Administrative leadership:

  • Coordinating and organizing company meetings, events, and celebrations
  • Managing sensitive information with strict confidentiality
  • Preparing comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
  • Ensuring smooth departmental operations through daily administrative oversight


Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Calendar, Sites, Hangouts)
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office and modern business applications (Asana, CRM tools, Analytics)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proactive mindset with ability to work independently
  • Excellence in interpersonal relations and customer service approach
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications (training will be provided for the right candidate)
