About the position

Our client, a national law firm, is seeking highly detail-oriented and process-oriented professionals for a contracted team assignment. This team will play a crucial part in the firm's upcoming office move by digitizing all of their HR files. A strong eye for detail is a must! The job involves scanning and uploading all HR files into the firm's digital system, organizing and maintaining the digital filing system with high accuracy, and ensuring that all files are digitized systematically and efficiently. The role requires handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and working independently to meet project deadlines. These temporary positions are projected to last at least 3 months and will work onsite at the firm's Philadelphia location. This position pays up to $19/hour.
