Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the passenger experience.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and prepare the cabin for takeoff.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking processes.
- Serve refreshments and meals, accommodating dietary restrictions as needed.
- Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin throughout the flight.
Qualification
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Fluency in at least one language other than English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
- A genuine interest in travel and customer service.
