We seel an outgoing, motivated, dedicated and friendly Front Desk Customer Service Representative to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in maintaining guest relations and enhancing their overall experience at our Inn. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while addressing any guest inquiries or concerns.
  • Provide concierge style services about Inn services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guest experience.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the hotel management system.
  • Assist with end of day audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are processed correctly.
  • Maintain the Inn common areas in an organized and welcoming manner at all times.
  • Possess a thorough knowledge of, and ability to perform, as needed, housekeeping services to ensure guest satisfaction regarding room and common area conditions.
  • Address guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
  • Participate in breakfast, wine and hospitality service to Inn guests, enhancing guest experience.
  • Uphold confidentiality of guest information while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • A background in hospitality or related fields is beneficial but not required.
