Location: McBain, MI

Pay: $30-$32/Hour – 8% Bonus – Relocation Assistance – Total Compensation ~$80,000

Schedule: 12 Hour Rotating DuPont Schedule – 6:30 In/Out Time

Job Description:
  • Oversee the start-up, operation, and shutdown of all equipment, including turbine generators, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all plant equipment.
  • Actively lead and participate in Safety, Environmental, and Regulatory Compliance Programs, fostering a culture of safety among the team.
  • Promote personal accountability for safety by adhering to and enforcing all company safety and environmental rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of the daily log and other plant records.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of logs and records to verify effective functioning of tag-out procedures, equipment status, and administrative systems.
  • Supervise the administrative maintenance of plant operating manuals, technical references, prints and diagrams, and preventive/predictive maintenance records.
  • Communicate plant abnormalities to personnel and management, ensuring a coordinated response to issues.
  • Monitor the performance of plant equipment and take appropriate corrective action when alarms are activated, coordinating with the operations team as necessary.
