At Medtronic, we are looking for an experienced and innovative Principal Biomedical Engineer to lead our team and help drive the development of advanced medical technologies. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in Biomedical Engineering and a proven track record of leading complex projects from conception through to production.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field, along with 8+ years of experience in design and development of medical devices and associated technologies. Additionally, the candidate will be a creative problem solver with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, are also essential requirements.We are looking for a leader who has a passion for developing innovative healthcare solutions and a commitment to excellence.
