Key Responsibilities
Duties
As an Entry-Level Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding support to our customers in a 24⁄7 environment. Your main objective will be to facilitate a smooth customer journey by addressing technical issues related to voice, data, video, and connectivity. Key duties include:
- Responding to inbound calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
- Troubleshooting and rectifying technical problems encountered by customers, including connectivity challenges.
- Assisting with general customer service inquiries and providing effective solutions.
- Accurately documenting all interactions with comprehensive call notes.
- Identifying and suggesting additional products and services where appropriate.
- Providing support to colleagues as needed.
Required Skills
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A foundational understanding of Windows operating systems.
- Strong customer service skills, preferably with experience in a call center environment.
