KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Special Education Delivery: Provide remote services to children in HeadStart, Pre-K, and Kindergarten.
- IEP Development: Create and implement personalized IEPs for each student, based on their unique needs.
- Progress Monitoring: Conduct assessments and track the progress of students regularly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with parents, school staff, and other professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive support.
- Early Intervention: Utilize early intervention strategies to promote student growth and achievement.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure all educational activities meet regulatory standards.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Previous experience with remote teaching and early childhood special education.
- Certification: Special Education certification is required.
- Student Population: Familiarity with HeadStart, Pre-K, and Kindergarten students.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Autonomy: Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Payment Schedule: Weekly, every Friday.
- Additional Services: Compensation includes time for indirect services (IEP writing, meetings, training, etc.).
