Please note the work hours for this position are 8:00pm - 4:00am CT. It is a hybrid position with a requirement to live in the Chicagoland area.
As a Trading Applications Support Analyst, you will provide:
- Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution: Diagnose and resolve time sensitive technical issues related to trade execution, trade platform connectivity, and system functionality.
- User Support: Provide direct support to trading application users addressing real-time trading system issues or inquiries.
- System Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor trading systems for performance issues, ensuring minimal downtime and quick issue resolution.
- Collaborating with Developers & Vendors: Work with development teams and external vendors, and exchanges to support troubleshooting of system and trade issues.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of application trading support experience during APAC and EMEA market hours.
- Knowledge of global futures, options, and derivatives.
- Hands-on experience working with exchanges and vendors troubleshooting user issues.
- Strong knowledge of financial applications and platforms such as Bloomberg, Reuters, TT.
- Strong understanding and practical application of the FIX protocol.
- Troubleshooting and incident management expertise.
- This is an 8:00pm - 4:00am CT hybrid position with a requirement to live in the Chicagoland area.
