Overview:

Collaborate closely with our marketing team and real estate agents to produce visually captivating videos that attract and engage potential buyers and sellers. Utilize your creativity and video production skills to make a significant impact on our online presence and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute creative concepts for real estate video content, including property tours, neighborhood highlights, client testimonials, and lifestyle videos.
2. Film and edit high-quality videos using industry-standard equipment and software, ensuring content is visually appealing and aligns with brand standards.
3. Collaborate with real estate agents to plan video shoots, coordinate schedules, and gather necessary resources for production.
4. Optimize videos for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and other social media channels, to maximize reach and engagement.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video production and social media marketing, and implement innovative strategies to enhance content performance.
6. Manage the video production process from start to finish, including pre-production planning, filming, editing, and post-production tasks.
7. Work closely with the marketing team to integrate video content into overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
8. Monitor and analyze video performance metrics, such as views, engagement, and conversion rates, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize content strategy.
9. Maintain organized video files and archives for easy access and future reference.
10. Collaborate with external vendors, such as photographers, drone operators, and graphic designers, as needed to enhance video production quality.
