Exemplify a positive and professional attitude on a daily basis with customers and your team members.</li> </ul> <p><br><br></p> <p><strong>What are the Requirements?</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Sales Experience: </strong>1 - 3 years of previous sales experience with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding KPI’s or performance metrics. (<em>Previous technical category sales experience is highly preferred.)  </em></li> <li><strong>Category Knowledge:</strong> sales knowledge, strong business acumen, and ability to use your expertise to assist customers through their purchasing needs.</li> <li><strong>Adaptability:</strong> You must have a willingness to adapt and grow in a fast paced, high growth industry. </li> <li><strong>Technical Proficiency</strong>: Comfort with learning new tools or systems and previous experience with Google, Microsoft office or other email platforms, video conferencing, multiple screens, spreadsheets, etc.</li> <li><strong>Internet Speed Requirements</strong>: Ability to maintain internet speeds of 25mbps (download) and 5+ (upload) to support voice traffic and HTTPS web traffic. You must be hardwired, no wifi permitted.</li> <li><strong>Training:</strong> Wayfair wants to ensure your success, this is why our sales training is 100% mandatory. We are unable to accommodate any absences, time off, or tardiness during this initial time frame.</li> <li><strong>Private Workspace:  </strong>This is a work from home position where you will be working virtually.
