Principal Obligations:

Provide a quick, simple, and personal customer experience that is in line with the company’s standards for each interaction between a client and an associate.
Utilize direct sales methods in the digital and universal banking center to promote the bank’s consumer and small business banking products and services to customers and prospects. This includes engaging potential customers in conversations about their banking requirements and speaking positively about the bank’s products and services. Refer products and services to other business lines by working closely with clients and business partners.
Reach specific daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.

Provide first-line customer service through support forms, email, phone, and other electronic means (such as web chat, fax, and so on).
Provide a backup for all online support features, including new accounts, support forms, and email.
Assist other departments with Digital Banking customer service issues and escalations (retail branches and executive complaints).
Be an expert in digital education, teaching associates and customers about our digital banking platform. This includes, but is not limited to, online banking, using bill pay and external transfers, using a chat box, using smart ATMs and ITMs, using a mobile banking app with text alerts and mobile deposits, and all other self-service channels.
Educate customers and offer additional banking services to them; efficiently and effectively addresses issues and concerns raised by customers.

Operational tasks that are related to regulatory compliance and protect client and bank assets ethically include properly documenting account opening and obtaining and verifying the accuracy of all regulatory and procedural documentation.
Follow all company policies for communicating with clients, vendors, and associates, and treat all client information, bank trade secrets, and business records as confidential.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the position-related regulations as well as bank policies and procedures, including but not limited to requirements for the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC); policies from the employee handbook; and Security, Operations, and Audit policies through regular and comprehensive training.

Minimum Requirements:

A GED or other equivalent qualification is required; An associate’s or higher degree is preferred.
Preferably previous banking experience.
Experience working in customer service for six months is preferred.
