Job Description:

Sun and Sky Entertainment is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced YouTube Content Creator Recruiter. With the uncertainty surrounding TikTok, many creators are eager to transition to YouTube but may lack the know-how. We partner with these creators, managing and/or co-owning their channels and providing comprehensive support to ensure their success and stable income. We need a recruiter to identify and onboard such creators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted searches for potential content creators across TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Email hundreds of creators daily (find a way to do this via non spam systems)
  • Assess creators to ensure their content aligns with our focus on family-friendly, lifestyle, reactions, and other diverse genres.
  • Identify creators who are committed and have at least 3-4 hours per day to film content.
  • Reach out to prospective creators, explaining the benefits of partnering with Sun and Sky Entertainment.
  • Facilitate introductions and initial discussions between creators and our management team.
  • Provide detailed presentations via Zoom of our partnership model and services.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to signing management and/or partnership agreements.
  • Ensure new creators understand our co-ownership model and the comprehensive support we provide, including investments, editing, content strategy, posting, and analytics.

Training and Support:

  • All qualified candidates will receive thorough training.
  • Ongoing support from a dedicated manager.

Primary Goal:

  • Recruit 150-200 new content creators per year for Sun and Sky Entertainment.

Compensation:

  • Your compensation will be based on a per-client signing based on the size of client, monetization status and other parameters.
  • Recruiters who meet their targets can transition to a base salary with health and dental benefits.

Process:

  • We will explain the specific types of creators we are seeking.
  • You will research, then reach out to creators and discuss our company services with potential creators.
  • Once a creator expresses interest, you will present the creator to our management team for approval.
  • Upon management approval, you will be provided with management and/or partnership agreements for the creator to sign.
  • Once the creator signs, your job is complete, and you will be paid a commission.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of TikTok, YouTube, and other digital content platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify and evaluate potential content creators based on commitment and availability.
  • Experience in talent recruitment or management is a plus.

  • We have partnered with some of the biggest YouTube channels, including those with over 40 million subscribers that had no subscribers when we started.
