Our intuitive interface allows our team of scheduling coordinators to serve the scheduling needs of many customers. To excel in this role you need strong attention to detail, professional communication/writing skills, and a strong/quick computer skills.</p> <p> <strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Calendar & Scheduling Management:</strong> Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for multiple clients using our custom platform.</li> <li><strong>Communication:</strong> Professionally communicate via email and messaging with clients and their contacts to confirm scheduling details.</li> <li><strong>Data Accuracy:</strong> Maintain high-quality data entry to ensure our system continues to improve and deliver great results.</li> <li><strong>Team Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with our small, remote team to share ideas, best practices, and feedback that continually improves our scheduling processes.</li> </ul> <p> <strong>Why This Role is Different</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p> <strong>Competitive Pay:</strong> Earn between $15 and $20 per hour.</p> </li> <li> <p> <strong>Clear Responsibilities:</strong> Your role is specifically focused on scheduling and data accuracy—no extra tasks or unrelated responsibilities.</p> </li> <li> <p> <strong>Fully Remote:</strong> Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere in the United States or Canada.</p> </li> <li> <p> <strong>Working Hours:</strong> We need coverage across the day but also early mornings and late nights—perfect for early birds or night owls.
