Role Description

We at Engineering Industries eXcellence are seeking a skilled and certified Workday Consultant with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Workday implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core HCM and Talent modules, with broader experience across other HR processes. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

  • Lead and contribute to all phases of Workday implementation projects:
    • Analysis and design
    • Configuration and customization
    • Testing and bug resolution
    • User training and support
    • Cutover planning and deployment
    • Post go-live support
  • Configure Workday for various HR processes
  • Build and manage custom and standard Workday reports
  • Work independently as an Individual Contributor while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction
  • Provide functional and technical guidance on best practices and solution architecture

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience working on Workday HCM projects
  • At least 1 full-cycle Workday implementation as a functional consultant
  • Workday certification in at least one module (HCM or related HR modules)
  • Strong experience in:
    • Core HCM
    • Talent Management
  • Good exposure to other modules like Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, Reporting, Integrations is preferred
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end configuration and testing
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to work in Central European Time (CET) zone

  • Prior experience in a client-facing role
  • Consulting experience with global clients
