Your ability to assist customers with their shopping experience will be paramount, ensuring they receive prompt and courteous service. You will also participate in taking store inventory counts according to guidelines and monitor inventory for accuracy. Adhering to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses is essential, as is complying with all established company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data. Other duties may be assigned as needed. The physical demands of this position include the ability to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving, with the capability to place products weighing up to 45 pounds on shelving at various heights. You will regularly be required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store. It is important to note that you must be able to perform these duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
