Job Summary:
We are looking for a career-minded senior level landscape horticulturist with at least 5 years of active garden management experience to add to our professional account management team. We are seeking a qualified horticulturist whose primary responsibility will be preserving fine residential and estate gardens. This key player would possess good oral communication, presentation, and organizational skills and be able to work in a professional, friendly, and cooperative manner with crew, associates, contractors, and clients. This candidate may have prior experience in turf management, ornamental horticulture, PHC (plant health care), perennial, naturalistic, formal gardens, landscape architecture/design, or botanical garden care. An understanding of plant material and proper care practices with a designer's perspective is essential. This position requires time in the field, meeting and communicating with clients, managing and directing crews in the landscape planning. Multi-tasking skills and good composure are essential for this position!

Requirements:

-A degree in horticulture, agronomy, entomology, landscape architecture or related field
