Job Description

The Order Fulfillment Coordinator receives, enters, and reconciles customer orders and cooperates with AdvaCare billing, dispatch, operations, and sales personnel to ensure equipment is accurately delivered, picked up, maintained, and billed for.

Job Duties

  • Answer phones in a friendly, customer-centric manner.
  • Schedule deliveries, pickups, maintenance, and repairs for all facilities, home care, and hospice providers.
  • Act as a customer liaison on issues of product availability, equipment assessments, and equipment troubleshooting.
  • Manage the routing and workload of service technicians.

Shift Information

This is a weekend, part-time, remote work position, scheduled for fourteen (14) hours per weekend once training is completed.

Initial training will be conducted on a full-time basis, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (cst) starting on Monday, July 14, 2025, through Friday, August 8, 2025.

Starting wage: $18.00/hr

Permanent schedule coverage availability - commences Saturday, August 9, 2025:

Saturdays & Sundays for a maximum of 14 hours per weekend, consisting of one 8-hour shift and a 6-hour shift to be assigned between the hours of 6:00 am through 9:00 pm (cst).

Benefits

All hardware (computer, monitors, etc.) needed to work from home will be provided by AdvaCare Systems or employees can receive a monthly stipend for using their own hardware.
