💼 5–10 hrs/week | Ongoing

I’m a remote contractor serving as the Director of Marketing & Operations for a commercial real estate team based in California. I’m looking for a bright, reliable, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support me with marketing tasks, admin, and light design work on an ongoing basis.

This is a remote role, but I prefer someone who works primarily in the Central Time Zone for easier collaboration during business hours. Ideally I need someone available between 9am-11am CST.

🛠 What You’ll Be Helping With:

Design work using Adobe Express, Illustrator (basic), and Acrobat

Building and managing email campaigns in Mailchimp (not just Canva templates)

Supporting task and project management in ClickUp

Scheduling content in Loomly

Using Google Workspace for shared documents and folders

Using Gmail to draft professional emails to brokers

Light copywriting for marketing materials and social posts

Ablity to learn new tools on the fly

Quick learner and problem-solver—someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do

Comfortable using or learning AI tools like ChatGPT

Detail-oriented with a high degree of discretion

Communicates clearly and works efficiently with minimal handholding

Bonus if you have prior experience in marketing and/or commercial real estate
