Job Summary:

Responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, restocking, trash removal, and handling cleaning solutions and equipment.

Job Duties:

  • Clean and sanitize windows, restrooms (toilets, sinks & mirrors), surfaces, and trim.
  • Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, shampooing or vacuuming.
  • Replenishes supplies within bathrooms and inventory rooms.
  • Emptying trash cans or recycle bins.
  • Prepare cleaning solutions to include mixing solution in containers in a safe manner, and in accordance with chemical specifications.
  • Lift and carry cleaning equipment, cleaning trays and cases of supplies to service the area.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.


Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
  • Possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Physical requirements:
  • Must be able to frequently lift and carry, greater than 70lbs and constantly lift and carry up to 70 lbs; Constantly push, pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.


Working conditions:

  • Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.
  • Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
