Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse facility to ensure efficient operations. Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming products according to company standards. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or shortages to management. Prepare and package products for shipment to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively. Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and meet daily production goals. Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Participate in training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any issues or delays with product delivery. Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing products. Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to management. Uphold company policies and procedures and promote a positive work culture. Assist in other warehouse tasks and duties as assigned by management.
