**Job Overview and Responsibilities** \- Drive end-to-end marketing campaigns that directly impact business outcomes and team goals \- Create and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives \- Develop frugal, scalable marketing plans across sales territories \- Measure and optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights \- Own target audience strategy and segmentation for paid media, event, and email campaigns \- Define and maintain target account lists specific to segments \- Analyze audience data to inform campaign optimization \- Lead promotional content development and curation \- Create compelling copy and curate visuals for paid media campaigns \- Develop email content for events and nurture programs \- Identify and select appropriate assets for campaign promotion \- Ensure brand consistency and message clarity across channels \- Partner with Event Managers to drive registration and attendance goals \- Create and execute lead follow-up and nurture programs \- Provide sales enablement materials for event follow-up \- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders \- Collaborate effectively with sales and marketing leaders \- Drive regular program reviews and status updates \- Manage cross-functional dependencies and alignment \- Establish and maintain program documentation in Workfront \- Track and analyze key performance metrics \- Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders \- Make data-driven recommendations for improvement **Qualifications and Requirements** \- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience \- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements \- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) \- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS \- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs \- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation **Pay and Benefits ** The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market.
