The Senior Customer Supply Chain Manager at Chobani will support development & manage execution of the replenishment deliverables, while monitoring and maintaining correct warehouse & DC to store level inventory. that relies heavily on analytics to implement tactics to achieve results consistent with established volume & supply objectives.  This individual will build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to galvanize all parties around established inventory goals. 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the execution of Customer Supply Chain set strategies & plans against assigned accounts.
  • Deliver against measurable performance metrics assigned including forecast compliance, supply chain initiatives, & customer score carding
  • Collaborate across sales & supply functions to ensure effective & efficient inventory flow impacting Inventory management & order procurement
  • Manage several customer supply chains and development of newly established retailer accounts.
  • Contribute to the achievement of total customer satisfaction by providing high quality and timely service to all internal colleagues and external customers.
  • Work closely with the Account, Brand, Supply and Finance teams to ensure that information related to potential service, inventory, or issues specific to the customer are escalated and resolved appropriately. Have a good understanding of these functional partners and ability to lead collaboration
  • Taking internal / external days of supply data along with forecast to understand & impact product flow with adequate lead time
  • Take Ad Hoc customer requests & provide deep rooted analysis, uncover insights, & make recommendations to improve performance
  • Work with customer and third-party support to validate forecast accuracy and make recommendations as needed to ensure order forecast aligns with forecast and seasonality
  • Review customer orders to ensure appropriate quantities, timeliness of product flow and adjust orders as necessary to support sales priorities
  • Manage new item launch & end of life (DQ) inventories to reduce raw materials & finished goods waste
  • Manage the allocation of promotional volume at store level and analyze results to ensure efficient sell through of product
  • Reduce & manage monthly/annual swell. Impact swell negotiations through customer level analysis providing selling story to sales
  • Identify and communicate key drivers, and build strong relationships with retailer replenishment teams to ensure alignment to priorities
  • Understand & analyze retail execution data, develop into insights & ultimately drive action with key stakeholders’ sales & customers
  • Perform other duties as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or years of experience in combination with education.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a customer facing sales analytics capacity
  • Prior experience handling multiple data sources internally/externally including shipment, inventory, customer specific data, as well as Nielsen/IRI
  • Prior experience with Retail Link, Luminate systems preferred
  • Proven understanding of forecasting is required
  • Perishable replenishment and inventory experience strongly preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Able to demonstrate ability to build & communicate full picture story based on data analysis
  • Ability to work independently in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment that impacts multiple functions
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and ad hoc requests while applying innovative thinking to drive solutions
  • Must be attentive to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit is a must
  • Be the expert in your customer supply chain, being able to brief team on any changes to partner requirements.

Compensation Range: $105,000.00 - $149,000.00, plus bonus.
