About CREWS

As a CREWS (Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Services) employee at Clorox, you will be directly involved in achieving our business strategies and goals. CREWS is made up of multiple teams that work collaboratively to deliver better workday experiences across Clorox globally. As part of our CREWS team, you will be given specific projects to own and drive to completion. These projects will provide opportunities to obtain valuable experience as well as help us deliver on our corporate purpose to Champion People to be Well & Thrive Every Single Day.

Some assignments may include support of:

  • Facilities Management: Building Operations/Engineering services, Workplace Services (Work order system, reception, mailroom, hospitality & events), MAC (Moves/Adds/Changes & space planning), Soft Services (Janitorial services, landscaping, security)
  • Capital projects including office builds and other infrastructure improvement
  • Planning & execution of on-site meeting & events
  • Digital transformation projects that enhance the user experience through mobile & desktop applications
  • Process improvement and related documentation
  • Real Estate transactions, acquisitions and dispositions
  • Lease administration and rent payment process
  • Travel and Transportation projects
  • SOX compliance and audit exposure

Qualifications:

  • Interest in CREWS function and various operational responsibilities in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Corporate Design/Engineering/Construction, Workplace Services, Travel/Transportation and/or Event Management.
  • Experience working with MS Office products with a primary focus on MS Excel.
  • Passion to learn and evolve with changing business needs.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a results-oriented mindset.
