Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently transport customer orders from the restaurant to their destination, ensuring the order is hot and correct upon arrival.
  • Manage delivery routes to maximize efficiency and service speed, while adhering to all traffic laws.
  • Complete cash drops and maintain accurate records of delivery fees and tips received.
  • Assist in general restaurant tasks, such as box folding, light cleaning, and greeting customers, when not out on a delivery run.
  • The Delivery Team Member reports to general managers and takes direction from assistant managers and shift leaders.
