Role Description

The VP, US Vaccines Accounts Management Lead is responsible for leading a team of approximately 100 colleagues including Vaccines Account Directors (VADs), Vaccines Account Managers (VAMs), Senior Director, National & Specialty Accounts, National Account Directors (NADs), and an Account Enablement Director.

  • Focused on achieving U.S. Vaccine business goals with organized customers/stakeholders in the US.
  • Collaborates with Vaccine Brand Marketing and Market Access, Legal, Sales, Pharmacy, Compliance, Pfizer Public Policy, Payer and Channel Access, Field Medical teams, etc.
  • Reports into the US Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) Lead and sits on the US Vaccines Sales and Accounts Leadership Team.
  • Partners with brand teams (Prevnar, Comirnaty, Abrysvo, Trumenba, Penbraya) and strategic contracting team.
  • Remote location available with significant travel, estimated 30%-40% for internal meetings and top external engagements.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of pharmaceutical experience inclusive of supervising leaders-of-leaders and managing customer-facing functions.
  • Buy & Bill, Vaccines, and/or Account Management experience strongly preferred.
