We are in search of an IT Manager, Salesforce to join our growing team. The IT Manager, Salesforce will serve as the strategic lead in the optimization and evolution of our enterprise-wide Salesforce platform. This role will be responsible for driving CRM adoption across business units, enhancing pipeline management, ensuring accurate and insightful reporting, and leveraging AI and data capabilities to deliver a unified Customer 360 view. A critical focus will also be on CRM integrations with marketing

automation, eCommerce, data warehouse, ERP, and other enterprise applications, ensuring Salesforce remains the central hub for customer and revenue intelligence.

Responsibilities Include:
Adoption & Enablement

  • Drive organization-wide Salesforce adoption through training, best practices, and continuous engagement with sales, marketing, and service teams.
  • Partner with leadership to align Salesforce usage with business goals, ensuring teams use CRM effectively for account, opportunity, and pipeline management.
  • Build and maintain a roadmap for CRM enhancements and new feature adoption, including Salesforce AI tools (e.g., Einstein, Copilot).
Pipeline Management & Reporting
  • Ensure accurate and consistent pipeline management across all sales teams.
  • Design and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide actionable insights to executives, sales leaders, and frontline users.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and Finance to ensure CRM data integrity for forecasting, quota attainment, and performance management.
AI, Data, & Customer 360
  • Lead initiatives to leverage AI/ML tools within Salesforce to improve forecasting, lead scoring, next-best-action, and customer insights.
  • Partner with Data & Analytics teams to integrate Salesforce with enterprise data platforms and warehouses, ensuring a single source of truth for customer and prospect data.
  • Drive the company’s Customer 360 vision by consolidating customer interactions across sales, marketing, service, and digital channels.
Integration & Ecosystem Management
  • Manage Salesforce integrations with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo), ensuring seamless campaign execution and lead management.
  • Oversee integration with third-party data providers (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to enrich customer and prospect records.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to connect Salesforce with ERP systems, eCommerce platforms, customer service applications, and data warehouses to ensure consistent, synchronized customer and order data.
  • Evaluate and implement new third-party applications to enhance Salesforce functionality and user productivity.
Governance & Administration
  • Define and enforce data governance, security, and compliance standards within Salesforce.
  • Manage vendor relationships, licenses, and system integrations with other enterprise platforms.
  • Supervise Salesforce administrators and collaborate with developers, architects, and IT teams to deliver enhancements and resolve issues.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of CRM experience with 5+ years managing Salesforce in a large enterprise environment.
  • Proven success driving CRM adoption across diverse business units.
  • Strong expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and analytics within Salesforce.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce AI tools, Einstein Analytics, and integrations into enterprise data ecosystems.
  • Experience managing integrations with marketing automation (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo), data providers (ZoomInfo), ERP, eCommerce,
  • and data warehouses.
  • Deep understanding of Customer 360 concepts and customer data integration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or CRM Manager credentials) strongly preferred.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods while working at a computer or attending meetings.
  • Occasional standing and walking.
  • Frequent use of hands for typing, mouse use, and handling office equipment.
  • Extended periods require visual focus on computer screens or printed materials.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively—both speaking and listening—in person, over the phone, and via video conferencing.
  • The work is primarily performed in an office environment.
  • Ability to pass job-related employment screenings, to include a criminal background check and drug test
