Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer and market data to identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage customer and account activities through CRM systems to monitor and enhance market share growth.

  • Monitor financial, technological, regulatory, and demographic trends to unlock new market opportunities.
  • Lead the Marketing Department in evaluating the effectiveness of marketing collateral and digital strategies.
  • Create essential sales tools such as playbooks, qualification guides, and ROI calculators to support the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial and Technical Training teams to develop impactful sales training resources and events.
  • Leverage Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to drive product understanding and develop customer-centric solutions.
  • Execute market research and pricing analysis to support new product launches.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle, including launches, updates, and phasing out strategies.
  • Establish proactive customer engagement through various channels including digital platforms and meetings.
  • Coordinate and participate in key customer presentations, industry events, and trade shows.
  • Lead the Commercial Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and actively engage in its various stages.
  • Ensure compliance with global trade standards and uphold consistency in commercial communications and branding.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
  • Spearhead special projects and conduct cross-functional analyses as required.

  • Proficient in CRM systems and executing effective marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or strategic marketing initiatives.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the energy sector or petroleum laboratory space.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing go-to-market strategies and executing product launches in B2B and B2C contexts.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with global teams and engage in trade shows and conferences.
  • Strong project management skills, particularly within S&OP and strategic planning frameworks.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, web tools, and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~10-15%).
