<strong>Travel & Entertainment Expense (T&E) Reimbursement Lead – Sr Analyst<br><br></strong><strong>Position Summary<br><br></strong>Alnylam is looking for a highly motivated T&E Lead – Sr Analyst who is interested to play a key role in the end-to-end process of T&E. This position will report to the Sr. Manager, T&E and is a great opportunity for a talented individual who has the desire to join a fast-paced team.<br><br>This position calls for someone with a pro-active work approach, being flexible and hands-on to perform a broad variety of T&E activities.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Act as point of escalation to ensure timely remediation of issues related to Concur, corporate cards, and TMC</li><li> Review key reporting and metrics to monitor compliance, operational efficiency and quality of service; Provide reporting and analysis to leadership</li><li> Drive process enhancements using automation/RPA</li><li> Develop and lead training sessions for travelers and managers</li><li> Audit and manage payment of expense reports using SAP Concur ensuring adherence to company policy.</li><li> Support the team on system audit rules, reminders, system settings and employee data update</li><li> Expertise on travel and expense management tools, functionality, customizations, and reporting.</li><li> Provide global customer support for SAP Concur Expense and Individually/Company Billed Statement Programs.</li><li> Ensure the proper application of Alnylam’s global and any local/regional expense and travel policies and procedures</li><li> Corporate Card administration for the corporate credit card program.</li><li> Identify, capture, and communicate issues to management.</li><li> Maintain user help desk, respond to inquiries about expense reporting application, provide support and engage in solutions to user problems to ensure user satisfaction.</li><li> Efficiently manage month-end activities (i.e. Manual entries of cross charge expense, IC reclass, bank entries, T&E account reconciliations) related to expense management.</li><li> Support data collection on Internal/External auditors for US GAAP, ICFR and STAT Audit requirements.</li><li> Support team in resolving technical issues for interface to ERP.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Minimum Requirements/Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> 4+ years of direct experience in a T&E role</li><li> Prior experience with working for a multinational company</li><li> In depth knowledge of T&E tool (Concur) and resources</li><li> Good communication and analytical skills</li><li> Concur project handling experience.</li><li> Exposure to SAP</li><li> Good Accounting Skills<br><br></li></ul><strong>U.S. Pay Range<br><br></strong><strong>$80,800.00 - $109,200.00<br><br></strong>The pay range reflects the full-time base salary range we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Base pay will be determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
