We are looking for a full-time (40 hours per week, weekend shifts required) TAG24 Specialist who can support our growing TAG24 team. As the TAG24 Specialist, you will have a diverse and varied role. You’ll collaborate with our global teams to support company initiatives and uncover innovative solutions, while taking a proactive approach to your day-to-day responsibilities.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Fully service all enquiries, requests, bookings and ticketing with the highest standards and quality documentation—ensuring all air, rail, hotel and/or other ancillary reservations meet company and client expectations
  • Report, investigate and resolve errors or/and client complaints adhering to the highest standards of customer service
  • Process complex reissues and pricing records accurately
  • Ensure deadlines, client policies, and SLAs are met and adhered to
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring the highest standards are delivered at all times with a personalized and individual approach to each client
  • Negotiate the best rates and deals from vendors to reduce client expenditure. Assess all potential revenue and income streams for maximum company profitability
  • Ensure PNR entries in GDS are correct and fully completed
  • Consistently demonstrate attention to detail so that errors are reduced, profits are maximized, and the company does not incur any financial losses through individual and avoidable errors
  • Other responsibilities and duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

  • BS or BA degree OR in lieu of education credentials, equivalent combination of education and directly related experience
  • Minimum of seven years’ experience and knowledge working with the travel industry, or a 24-hour department or similar service industry (10 years)
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of fares, negotiated contracted fares, ticketing, reissue, and experience handling VIP, touring clients and/or group travel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, seven years of GDS experience (Galileo preferred) and ability to learn new systems
  • Proactive self-starter with excellent customer service, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills, who excels at problem-solving, multitasking, meeting deadlines, and thinking outside the box with strong attention to detail
