About the position

Responsibilities

  • Plan, lead, and administer technology projects, including network and systems projects.
  • Monitor and take action on advanced systems or network issues and escalated incidents, collaborating with Corporate IT and vendors.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues as a subject matter expert on system and network technologies, prioritizing incident resolutions.
  • Partner with Corporate and Regional IT teams to align processes and implement equipment standards.
  • Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on servers, network devices, and other infrastructure.
  • Collect performance data from network devices and system components to support incident evaluation and resolution.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including procedures and policies for systems and networks.
  • Answer inquiries regarding computer hardware and software in person and through various communication channels.
  • Update daily shift reports to reflect significant activities and required information updates.
  • Promote and maintain high levels of customer service to all guests, responding effectively to inquiries and resolving complaints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in IT support.
  • Strong technical understanding of hardware, software, and networking systems.
