We are now accepting applications for a **Teller Supervisor** (Client Service Associate Lead) to join the team located at our **Anthem branch** in Henderson, NV.

**_Essential Functions:_**

+ Leads the daily activities of client service associates.

+ Coach and counsel branch staff to improve customer service, sales and operational skills by providing on-the-job training.

+ Help develop action plans to meet individual and branch goals.

+ Ensure the branch provides quality service while protecting against loss.

+ Maintain advanced knowledge of branch operations.

+ If needed, supervise branch activities in the absence of, or in conjunction with branch management team.

+ Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications, cross-selling of bank services and products and assisting clients in every area of banking.

+ If needed, be responsible for processing cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

**_Qualifications:_**

+ 2+ years banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, other related experience, or successful completion of company approved training.

+ Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.

+ Working knowledge of math.

+ Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.

+ Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.

+ High School diploma or equivalent.
