Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative!

Pay: $18/hour + Weekly Pay!
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Location: Durham, NC

  • On-site work required for the first 10 weeks in Raleigh.
  • Afterward, enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote), provided performance and attendance standards are met.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage survey participants by phone and encourage their participation in important projects.
  • Enter responses with precision while chatting with participants.

  • Convert participants who may initially be hesitant to join the surveys.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience (from any industry or role).
  • Skills: Strong communication, data entry proficiency, and a friendly phone demeanor.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with web-based tools, Windows, and managing projects via ticketing systems.
  • Independent Worker: Capable of managing tasks with minimal supervision in a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

What You'll Need:

  • A reliable high-speed internet connection (25 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload).
  • Access to personal email and a phone (landline or mobile).
  • Willingness to be on camera for meetings and training sessions.
