This vital role supports the technical sales process by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotes and proposals, coordinating orders, and acting as a bridge between the sales, engineering, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will be a technically minded professional with strong communication skills, a background in industrial or manufacturing environments, and a natural ability to deliver excellent customer service with patience and professionalism.
