Job Full DescriptionA company in Blum, TX is looking for Assembly/Production WorkersJob Title: Assembly/Production Worker - 2nd ShiftHours & Pay: HOURS: 3:30pm to 11pm Monday-Friday PAY: $17.50Responsibilities: This is a hands-on position that will require a person to be on their feet and mobile for up to 10 hours per day. Must maintain excellent attendance. Must pass drug test and Meet ATF background requirements Requirements & Skills: Assembly line operation to meet production goals Maintain 100% accurate ATF logs. Participate in monthly inventories and solve all discrepancies. Maintain and clean equipment. Setup and operate assigned support equipment required for testing evaluation, and facilities maintenance Assist in gathering test results and data for evaluation and analysis Be part a continuous improvement team striving for 100% error free assembly. This includes developing recommendations to improve error proofing, improvements to fixtures and procedures Load and download guns with appropriate charges under pre-established company, operator and DOT safety procedures. Assist in the inspection of all reusable gun/tool components and assist in the load out of jobs. Ability to safely unload and reconfigure parts. Comply with all governmental regulations, industry standards and observes all health, safety and environmental policies to reduce environmental impacts. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining safety and accuracy. Flexible to accomplish various duties. Critical Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently Able to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, and lift heavy objects during a 10 hour shift.
